In our age information is abundant, but there is no substitution for a human interaction. This is why a Come and See is important for anyone discerning vocation. The Sacred Heart Province hosts Come and See weekends four times a year in Loretto, PA. During the weekend participants experience prayer and meals with the friars, and Franciscan fraternity-the heart of community life. The retreat includes time to meet with other men who are discerning, men in formation, and the formation team to discuss your own vocational journey.
At the end of the weekend, men who are interviewed will receive feedback regarding starting the application for admission. If offered an application, the Vocation Director will provide them further details and guide them through the process.
Perhaps it's time for you to discern with the aid of a great experience. In order to attend this retreat we ask that you have filled our “Answer the Call” form and have been in contact with our Vocation Office.
